Personal Training is a 1:1 (small groups possible too) session which lasts an hour and is tailored specially to the individual. Sessions will incorporate a variety of exercises: cardiovascular, weight training, core stability, stretching, boxing and postural correctness are all included, to keep the sessions fun and you motivated, whilst helping to achieve your goals!

I understand that everyone’s goals and aspirations are unique, which is why each and every Personal Training Programme I design will be specifically tailored to the individual – always working together to achieve your overall goal. Each session will be fun and enjoyable so motivation is kept high. As well as a long-term goal, shorter term goals will be set to help you stay committed and motivated.
To properly achieve all your goals, I believe it is imperative that you understand why certain exercises can help. If you recognise the importance of what you are doing you are more likely to keep doing it. I don’t believe in quick fixes and unlike so many Personal Trainers who focus on achieving rapid results, I like to help you lead a healthier life for the long-term. Instead of a one-month gruelling training regime, I prefer to approach my training programmes as a ‘change of lifestyle’; helping you to make more informed choices about exercise and nutrition so once you have achieved your overall goal, your chances of relapsing are minimal. As your Personal Trainer, I will ensure you get the most effective workout in a way that is safe, to reduce any risk of injury and optimise the benefits to your health and fitness.
Each client will have the opportunity to undergo a variety of assessments (none of which are compulsory), which provide a unique way of monitoring progress and help to personalise your training.
