Personal Training - Assessments

Personal Training is a 1:1 (small groups possible too) session which lasts an hour and is tailored specially to the individual. Sessions will incorporate a variety of exercises: cardiovascular, weight training, core stability, stretching, boxing and postural correctness are all included, to keep the sessions fun and you motivated, whilst helping to achieve your goals!

Postural Analysis is something which I feel particularly passionate about and is one area I try to help every client with, by providing simple techniques to help correct and maintain good posture. With more and more people working in front of computers and slumped over desks, it is not surprising that there are so many instances of bad posture. Good posture can make a significant difference to everyone not only during exercise but also helping to make you look slimmer, taller and more confident whilst helping to improve your self-image. When posture is correct, the body is in a good state of balance and alignment
