About Me

I have a BA Honours Degree in Performing Arts from Middlesex University, where I studied drama, music and dance. I always believed this was the route my life was destined to follow until I met my now husband (a Professional International Rugby Player), who helped me to discover a real passion and love for exercise and nutrition which has developed more and more over the years.

I went back to studying and completed diplomas in Advanced Personal Training and Nutrition and also completed extra courses so I could specialise in Pre and Post Natal fitness.

With a background in Performing, it allows me to approach my Personal Training from a different angle as Performing Arts requires specialised breathing techniques and has a strong focus on posture which are both integral to any fitness programme.

I am also a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and NRPT (National Register of Personal Trainers).
