I offer unique and beneficial personal training in Exeter that strives to meet your individual goals to give maximum benefit to you. I provide nutritional advice to compliment your personal training and make your everyday life even healthier. I fit into your daily routine and provide fun, varied and effective workouts at a time that suits you, in a location that suits you – whether that’s your home, office or a local park. I can personally train you in private 1:1 tuition sessions or as part of a small group. All equipment is supplied.
My flexible approach to Personal Training means that I am available from 6:30am-9pm, seven days a week, so I can help you fit your new fitness lifestyle into any schedule!
